Again this year, we mailed you a condensed printed version of the annual report to make it less voluminous and easier to read. In 2025, we had a year we internally referred to as “The Year of Systems." Throughout the year, we implemented multiple platforms that position us well for future success and growth, including a new and improved online/mobile banking platform, a state-of-the-art learning platform for our team members, and a new accounts payable system to help us better track, monitor, and manage expenses, which streamlined our internal processes and improved efficiency across the organization.
