Our ITMs service multiple branches, and I like that we get to assist a larger pool of customers with their banking needs. It is also neat to see the same customers at multiple locations, furthering our relationships with them. I also have to shout out my coworkers, they make working for Clear Mountain Bank an awesome experience!

What's your favorite part about your position?: 
My favorite part about the position is getting to help the customers on the phone and then getting to meet them through the video teller system and they already know who I am. It builds a connection with them showing that we are local people who work in the department.
