Jesse Bumps

Jesse has been with Clear Mountain Bank since 2016 and has more than 11 years’ experience in commercial credit, finance and accounting. A graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Jesse is also a certified public accountant. In addition, he is a graduate of the WVBA School of Banking and is a graduate of their 2017 Emerging Leaders Program. Jesse resides in Morgantown and has been active with many community organizations, including Community Power Network and WV SUN as a volunteer member of the Morgantown Solar Co-Op.
