To delete your online banking account, simply call us at 304-379-2265, or visit our Contact Us page

Please note: When we delete your account, the following information will be removed from online access and will no longer be available:

  • Login information: This includes your username and password for online banking.
  • Personal information: All personal information, such as your name, email address and phone number, will be removed.
  • Transaction history: Records of financial transactions linked to your account will no longer be accessible.
  • Payments: Any payments scheduled through online banking will be canceled.
  • Online bill pay: If you use online bill pay, your payment and biller information will be removed and any payments scheduled through that system will be canceled.
  • Statements: If you subscribe to electronic statements or notices, your subscription will revert to paper statements.
  • Mobile app usage data: Information about your interactions with the Clear Mountain Bank mobile app will be removed.

However, we will keep your online banking records and account data in our internal systems as required by our record-retention policies and applicable laws. For additional details, please see Privacy Statements.
