Bruceton Mills, WV, July 31, 2025 – Clear Mountain Bank officials have officially broken ground on a new full-service banking office at the Middletown Commons in White Hall.
In a ceremony held on the site of the future branch, Clear Mountain Bank team members, supporters, and local officials planted their shovels into the dirt, marking a significant movement into a new market.
“This groundbreaking marks a significant step in our expansion into the Marion County market,” said David M. Clear Mountain Bank’s new facility will include roughly 2,700 square feet of space offering both lobby and drive-thru banking access. The branch will provide a full array of financial services for consumers and businesses, including checking, savings, loans, credit cards, safe deposit boxes, investment products, and commercial and business banking services. The drive-thru will offer expanded banking hours, featuring the bank’s video teller service, as well as 24-hour ATM access. Clear Mountain’s new White Hall office will expand the bank’s branch network to 12 locations serving Monongalia, Preston, Harrison, Braxton, and Marion counties in West Virginia, as well as Garrett County in Maryland.
The new branch will be located at 241 Middletown Loop in White Hall. Bank officials expect to complete construction in early 2026.
