Bruceton Mills, WV, June 4, 2025 – Clear Mountain Bank officials have announced plans to open a new full-service banking office at the Middletown Commons in White Hall.
Clear Mountain Bank’s new office will feature both lobby and drive-thru banking access, offering a full array of financial services for consumers and businesses, including checking, savings, loans, credit cards, safe deposit boxes, investment products, and commercial and business banking services. The branch drive-thru will provide expanded banking hours with the bank’s video teller service, as well as 24-hour ATM access.
Clear Mountain Bank is an independent community bank with roots dating back more than 130 years. As the bank has continued to grow, the Marion County market has become an ideal location for expansion.
Along with its financial services, Clear Mountain Bank has a long history of giving back to the communities it serves with its Clear Mountain Cares program. Through the program, Clear Mountain Bank team members have logged nearly 5,500 hours of community service benefitting more than 130 locations.

Clear Mountain’s new White Hall office will expand the bank’s branch network to 12 locations serving Monongalia, Preston, Harrison, Braxton, Marion and Garrett counties.
The new branch will be located at 241 Middletown Loop in White Hall. Bank officials expect to break ground on the new office this summer and complete construction in early 2026.
