Bruceton Mills, WV, January 21, 2026 – Clear Mountain Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of Stephanie Dalton as branch manager of its new White Hall location. In her position, Dalton will oversee the branch’s retail staff, develop and maintain customer relationships and assist individuals and businesses with a wide range of deposit, loan and financial service needs.
Clear Mountain Bank’s White Hall branch, expected to open in early 2026, is a new full-service banking office at 241 Middletown Loop, expanding the bank’s footprint into Marion County. The approximately 2,700-square-foot facility offers both lobby and drive-thru banking, including extended drive-through hours, video teller service, and 24-hour ATM access. The branch provides a full array of consumer and business banking services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards, investment products, and commercial banking services.
Dalton brings 25 years of banking experience to Clear Mountain Bank, including 19 years as a customer service supervisor. Dalton attended Georgia’s Banking School, further strengthening her leadership and operational expertise.
Originally from Fairmont, Dalton recently returned to the North Central West Virginia area after spending the last 25 years in Georgia. Her decision to join Clear Mountain Bank reflects her desire to return home and grow with a community bank.
