Bruceton Mills, WV, March 16, 2025 – Clear Mountain Bank has officially opened the doors to its new White Hall, WV, branch, conveniently located at the Middletown Commons. The new full-service facility is Clear Mountain’s first branch in Marion County and marks a significant milestone as the bank continues to grow in north central West Virginia.

Thomas, president and CEO of Clear Mountain Bank. “With branches across north central West Virginia, White Hall was ideal for expanding our branch footprint. Clear Mountain Bank’s new facility includes roughly 2,700 square feet of space offering both lobby and drive-thru banking access. The branch provides a full array of financial services for consumers and businesses, including checking, savings, loans, credit cards, safe deposit boxes, investment products, and commercial and business banking services. The drive-thru offers expanded banking hours, featuring the bank’s video teller service, as well as 24-hour ATM access.

Clear Mountain’s White Hall office expands the bank’s branch network to 12 locations serving Monongalia, Preston, Harrison, Braxton, and Marion counties in West Virginia, as well as Garrett County, Maryland.
The new branch is located at 241 Middletown Loop in White Hall. Lobby hours are from 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday. Drive-thru hours are from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday and from 8am to 3pm on Saturday.
The bank will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new branch, in partnership with the Marion County Chamber of Commerce, on Thursday, March 19.
