Clear Mountain Bank has been named one of the nation’s 2022 Best Banks to Work For by American Banker magazine and Best Companies Group for the third consecutive year.

The Best Banks to Work For is a survey and awards program dedicated to identifying and recognizing the best employers and providing organizations with valuable employee feedback. Now in its tenth year, the program identifies, recognizes, and honors the best employers in the banking industry throughout the United States for providing outstanding employee satisfaction.

American Banker is a partner with Best Companies Group for this competition to identify banks that excel at creating positive and supportive workplaces for employees. Determining the Best Banks to Work For consists of a two-step process, conducted and managed by Best Companies Group. The first step is an evaluation of the bank's workplace policies, practices, and demographics. In the second step, employee surveys are conducted to consider the experiences and sentiments of individual employees with respect to their workplace. The combined scores determine the top banks and the final ranking.
