The Best Banks to Work For is a survey and awards program dedicated to identifying and recognizing the best employers and providing organizations with valuable employee feedback. Now in its tenth year, the program identifies, recognizes, and honors the best employers in the banking industry throughout the United States for providing outstanding employee satisfaction.

In the second step, employee surveys are conducted to consider the experiences and sentiments of individual employees with respect to their workplace. The combined scores determine the top banks and the final ranking.
