Bruceton Mills, WV, August 28, 2026 – Clear Mountain Bank has donated more than $9,000 to over a dozen Marion County non-profit organizations through a unique new account promotion that celebrated the bank's White Hall branch opening this spring.
During the promotion, customers who opened a qualifying personal checking account were able to select a local non-profit organization to receive a donation from Clear Mountain Bank.
“Clear Mountain Bank has always been community-first,” said Matt Turner, director of marketing. “Our new account promotion was a tremendous success, and we’re pleased to be able to make these donations to give back to the organizations that do so much for the community.”
Many organizations received donations from Clear Mountain Bank as part of the promotion, including the Marion County Humane Society, the Soup Opera and Stepping Stone.
Although the promotion is complete, Clear Mountain Bank is always continuing its efforts to give back to its service communities.
“Local community focus will always be at the heart of Clear Mountain Bank’s mission,” said Turner. “Our team members have volunteered more than 6000 hours through our Cares program, which provides each of our team members with one paid day off from work annually to volunteer for an organization of their choice. Supporting our communities is part of who we are as a local community bank.”
