Bruceton Mills, WV, July 9, 2025– Clear Mountain Bank is pleased to announce that Chris Morris has been named Chief Commercial Banking Executive. In his role, Morris will be responsible for leading the commercial lending division of the bank, including products, processes, production, and delivery. Morris will focus on expanding, developing, implementing and managing a bank-wide commercial lending strategy, as well as developing and deepening customer relationships.
Morris, who joined the Clear Mountain Bank team in November 2024, has more than 20 years of banking experience, working extensively in commercial relationship development, portfolio management and financial analysis.
Morris is a graduate of Fairmont State University and West Virginia University, with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in business administration. Morris has been involved with numerous community organizations throughout his career and currently serves on the board of directors for North Central WV Community Action and the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties.
