Bruceton Mills, WV, June 26, 2025 — The State Journal released its annual Generation Next: 40 Under 40 list last week. This honor is placed on individuals representing the state’s spirit of hard work, teamwork and service to others. This year, Clear Mountain Bank’s Chief Experience Officer, Tim Broyles, has been awarded the prestigious honor.
“It is always humbling to receive any recognition, especially as prestigious as Generation Next,” said Broyles. “I take great pride in my dedication to our communities and providing them with the resources they deserve, both in banking and philanthropically.”

Broyles has been on the Clear Mountain Bank team for over 20 years. Serving the bank in numerous roles throughout his career, Broyles has continuously grown and developed personally and professionally.
In 2021 Broyles was named to the ICBA “40 Under 40: Emerging Community Bank Leaders” list by Independent Community Bankers Association, and in 2024 was named “Young Banker of the Year” by WVBankers. These awards recognize the up-and-coming banking innovators and influencers who represent the future of the industry.
Broyles is a graduate of Fairmont State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance and holds an MBA from West Virginia University. In addition, Broyles is a 2010 graduate of the West Virginia Bankers Association (WVBA) School of Banking and participated in their Emerging Leaders Program.
Broyles is based out of Clear Mountain Bank’s Pierpont office at 102 Venture Drive, Morgantown, WV.
