Clear Mountain Bank has hired Ben Toler as the regional business development specialist for central WV. In this role, Toler will be responsible for developing relationships with consumer and commercial banking customers in the central region of the state.“Ben is a very talented and experienced banker, and we are excited to have him join the Clear Mountain Bank team,” said David M. Toler brings to Clear Mountain Bank more than 22 years of banking experience in commercial and retail banking. A graduate of Fairmont State University, Toler has strong ties throughout the central West Virginia area, and resides in Braxton County with his family. He serves as a member of Braxton County Rotary Club, the Braxton County High School CTE Advisory Council, and is a committee member for the Young Life program in Braxton County. He has also served as past president of the Braxton County youth basketball league and has coached youth football, basketball, little league baseball, and middle school basketball.
