2023 ANNUAL REPORT TO SHAREHOLDERS

Dear Shareholders:

This year we mailed you a condensed printed version of this year’s annual report to make it less voluminous and easier to read. Although the highlights of the year are summarized in the printed report, the audited financials, in their entirety, are available digitally and can be accessed with the password you were given in your packet when you click the flip book link below.

As the title of this year’s annual report suggests, we are constantly looking for ways to innovate and become more efficient.
